let me share with you why this is the wrong way of thinking although it may be true on the surface, this mindset will limit you as a builder when starting out "established yourself" is subjective. what does that actually mean? - 1K followers? - 10K? - 100K? - 1M? If you don't know this number, then you might get caught in the trap of building audience for the sake of building audience. if you think "i'll just tweet about stuff until i build audience then i'll find a product to sell" then you're ngmi you'll never build an audience this way think about all the people you follow and trust they likely built stuff, very successful stuff. they built these things BEFORE the audience Hope it's helpful.

wrong question his personal brand DID NOT have a significant role in hitting $10K MRR it's the other way around! growing to and hitting $10K MRR had a significant role in building his personal brand that's how the whole "personal brand" thing works 1. do cool/hard/interesting things and post about them 2. get followers & customers & ultimately personal brand when you realize this, everything clicks.
