Someone switched to ZenMaid from a competitor that we’ve always considered to be on the exact same level as us. This isn't unusual but what blew my mind a bit here is that they were paying 3x as much there and would have moved over to us regardless of price. Honestly, after we changed pricing this year I couldn’t imagine folks paying us more than they already do. But this was a nice reminder for me that sometimes the market will tell you you’re worth more before you’re comfortable believing it. (for any ZM users reading, don't worry, we aren't raising prices again 😉)
