说点大家不太爱听的话， 眼睛里只有钱的人， 大部分时间恐怕只能是适合打工。 这是我在真正脱离职场，少有积蓄之后才开始反思的。 第一： 只盯结果，忽略系统能力。 眼里只盯着钱， 你一定会短视的， 只看结果， 忽略系统的能力。 第二：害怕不确定性 本质上你先谈钱， 内核也是在追求确定性。 钱是确定的，工资是确定的，KPI 是确定的。 但创业、个人IP、研究、长期项目都是不确定的、延尺回报、中途反复被否定。 第三： 把价格当成价值 真正稀缺的东西，早期几乎都不值钱。 技能、个人品牌、信任关系， 如果你只看钱， 我提到这些东西，你在早期几乎毫无价值。 最后 把钱当目的的人，你其实仍然是工具人，也许还会更差一点，可能会成为别人的「成本」。 钱当然重要，但一定不要眼里只有钱，否则视野反而会变得极窄。
