For example, all ARC-AGI-1, 2 & 3 tasks are solvable by humans. They're within reach of human fluid intelligence. That doesn't mean that every single human can do every single task, nor even that an "average" human could do all of them. It means that for any task it's easy to find people who can do the task (with no training). E.g. each ARC-AGI-2 task was solved by 2-5 people out of a small set (max 9) we hired with no specific qualifications
