They clearly don't have HBM at scale yet, seeing as Ascend 950DT will take until Q42026. In the meantime, China really really needs Nvidia and anyone who denies this is deluded. Lots of stuff to do in 2026, you can't just wait.

200K per month is a lot. Are we still doing the «they just use TSMC dies from 2020» narrative? But the numbers could make sense. How many Ascend 910Cs have been produced yet? Ascend 950PR is scheduled for Q1 2026. That'll be the moment of truth for domestic chips per se.
