More or less this has been done by several companies without deep GenAI expertise. Spawn a lab, get results. Xiaomi MiMo, Tencent Hunyuan, Meituan LongCat, Rednote Dots, Ant InclusionAI, and I'm not touching people like ByteDance and Alibaba. It's an established playbook now.
