for anyone interested in agentic feedback loops and harnesses + evals or just curious about “eventually I’ll have to touch the weights” this is a great read (great in general actually) discusses the RL reward paradigm with some nice analogies to how feedback and learning works for humans (much more dense reward) with natural credit assignment! optimization via denser feedback signals is early but very promising and intuitively makes sense (?)
