I wish all the best to Chinese space program but Starship is a qualitative leap they are nowhere close to replicating. "Falcons, China Scale" is NOT enough. 100% reusability is the only way to crash $/kg to the point of making space colonization viable. Every engine counts.
Maybe you can make very cheap second stage engines somehow (solid fuel?). Maybe you could make light 2nd stage reusable. Maybe you could actually build that crazy 37km long railgun to launch reusable spaceplanes. But "more, better, cheaper Falcons" has limited upside.
