Uncovered some of my childhood model train sets and my daughter is loving it (2y). It's a totally unique feeling watching my own child play with a set of toys I played with when I was only a little older than her, too. She's been so good about being gentle with them, too.

She opened a box car and a million hole punch shavings came out and she goes "daddy what's that?" I used to use hole-punched paper as "cargo." At some point in my childhood, I loaded them for one last trip, unbeknownst to me my own daughter would rediscover them 30 years later.

Is there a bug where new DMs dont show up as notifications?

I just happened to check my DMs and had a bunch there, but never had any notification.

Same for anyone else?

Apparently, the deadline for submissions to the workshop on late interaction retrieval is Jan 30 😬

I like how creative the CfP is in submission formats.

As a followup to this, I also don't believe the SoTA coding model. I do PRDs first, & I read every line of the PRD & go through multiple rounds of detailed Q&A with multiple models before a line of code gets written. I trust no model output, & tolerate no black boxes.
