Wharton just released a study across 800 enterprise leaders on AI adoption. Nearly half (46%) of execs across functions are now using AI daily. This is up from 11% in 2023, and 29% in 2024 - with massive jumps over the past year in areas like legal (9% to 39%).
Another interesting finding - the vast majority of companies plan to hire more or the same amount of employees thanks to AI ...with <20% planning to cut headcount, even for the most junior roles
