Some people say Gemini 3 Pro is good at visual design. So tried to ask it to design the Laravel homepage as a SaaS. Result in Antigravity was quite good (attached). Tried same prompt in Cursor. First got "provider overloaded" error and then bad visual result. IDE matters.
