What’s the difference? People who take responsibility for process will give something one (or a few!) good tries People who take responsibility for outcomes will relentlessly chase down a problem until it’s solved
The best way I’ve found to get a sense of this is asking to hear about times when they handled ambiguity If they talk about solving a problem and there were a few reasonable “stopping points” they pushed through, that’s a good sign You’re looking for someone unreasonable 😂
