🧵 Important development: The EU's own legal experts (one a former ECJ judge) confirm what I've said all along - sanctions on JOURNALISTS like me violate EU law. I'm banned from travelling, working, accessing my accounts & supporting my family WITHOUT a hearing or due process.
The legal opinion goes even further: - The EU Parliament has clear legal grounds to file for an annulment of sanctions as a tool against alleged "disinformation" - The "EU has crossed the Rubicon by limiting a freedom [of expression] that is quintessential to its identity."
