For this Halloween, I am going 🎃(m)Agentic!🎃 Enjoyed collaborating with the many impressive folks at @MSFTResearch on their Magentic Marketplace (https://t.co/uKJF6GI6ka), an open-source testbed and evaluation of multi-agent marketplace that has LLM agents acting on behalf of human buyers and sellers. Checkout the the quoted thread by project lead Gagan @bansalg_ for all the nifty details👇 In many ways, designing an agentic marketplace from ground up would be easier than building one that co-exists with "legacy" humans as Magentic Marketplace aims to do (think self-driving cars on urban roads vs. deserts!). I am particularly intrigued by the evaluations showing that LLM agents can exhibit paradox of choice and positional bias--the same cognitive flaws humans have, but for reasons having to do with their imperfect ways of managing long contexts..🤯
