TrustMRR is getting way more traffic than I expected, even 48 hours post-launch, so I've crystallized the business model: There will be a maximum of 20 ad sponsorships. 12 of them are displayed on all pages and rotate every 10 seconds like Times Square. There are 25,000 unique visitors a day, and the average session duration is 77 seconds. The ad placement rotation ensures each sponsor is shown at least once to each visitor. I've also added a subtle background color to each sponsor 🎨✨ and a top banner on mobile. There are currently 15 paying customers for a total of $9,386 MRR. There are 5 ad slots left. The goal with TrustMRR is to make it last long, not just a viral spike. So I'll work on marketing (in my own way, of course, aka building features and free tools). Big thanks to all my sponsors who made me realize you can just build stuff and get paid while having fun ❤️
