发现现在的 claude code 去掉了 TodoRead tool，只依赖 TodoWrite tool 来维护 todo list，可能是因为最近新加了 EnterPlanMode/ExitPlanMode 这两个 tools，所以为了减少整体的 tools 的数量而去掉了这个冗余的 tool，很 make sense。大家可以继续抄作业了 🤔
