5/ They outsource their social to their marketing lead Biggest mistake here. Yes, marketing people can help you flesh out your content, proofread, and even interview you to get some gems out of you. But you should never fully outsource this stuff to a ghostwriter or marketing person. It will eventually come off as super rigid and inauthentic.
