OK, Claude took some coaxing and cajoling, but finally finished turning the 5,500 line plan document into 347 beads epics and tasks with complete dependency structure. You can see the analysis in my beads_viewer (bv) showing which are the most important tasks, along with a short video of me scrolling through all the beads in bv, underscoring just how much stuff it is. Ready to start cranking on the implementation now. I think this time I might try to do more in Cursor because they're letting you use GPT 5.1 Codex Max for free through December 11th and I don't really want to need to sign up for my 5th GPT Pro or 5th Claude Max account if I can avoid it. I'll definitely throw Claude Code into the mix though because it has such good taste, and Gemini3 for code review stuff because I like to be using my subscriptions all the time and I have 3 of the Gemini Ultra plans being underutilized now.
