That implies 73 GW of compute-related power growth in China by 2035. This is very much not a lot. It's… maybe 73 Huawei Atlas 960 SuperClusters. Then again they don't need to grow for AI. There's enormous slack from cutting aluminum production alone. I expect > 250 GW total.
