I know a lot of people just come out of the wood work after a year, raise a bunch of money, and start something but I thought perhaps people may enjoy seeing a journey that goes one way, then another, then another to ultimately find the thing you'll end up doing. It's not easy.

So far, I've written my own harness: uses a bunch of tools, asks GPT 5.2 for a second opinion, a 7.5k system prompt, re-inject context rules periodically, etc. Mostly trying to solve weird, hard problems that require long horizons.
