炒了一个非常好吃下饭的青椒皮蛋。 做法非常简单，先加少量油热了后加入大蒜子和青椒，加盐，炒到半熟盛起来，然后继续加油加入切好的皮蛋大火翻炒，差不多了加入刚刚青椒椒，加味精，酱油，蚝油，喜欢吃辣可多加一点辣椒粉，最后起锅前加一点葱花。 搭配米饭非常好吃，小伙伴可以试试看。
