"pitched it" to a service business w/ 100s of clients 3. offered them 50/50 equity in the saas if he could get access to the customers He got paying customers from day 1, and now doing over $20K MRR. HE DID ALL OF THIS IN THE LAST 90 DAYS 🤯 I asked him how he felt about giving up 50% of his biz. His answer: "50% of $20K MRR is better than 100% of $0 MRR". Smart.
